At WishIt, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at help@wishitstore.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned after the 14-day window
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

Exchanges If you received a defective or incorrect item, we'll gladly exchange it at no additional cost. Please email help@wishitstore.co.za within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Shipping Returns Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
